As someone who spent much of my life believing I had to perform to please God, I recognize the fear and shame of those who are still trying to be good enough for Him. I write to turn their eyes away from striving and back to Jesus and His grace, so they can rest in who they already are because of what He has already done. Because far too many Christians are carrying a burden the Gospel never asked them to carry.

Why I care so much about grace...

For years I struggled with many of the same questions that burden believers today. Through studying Scripture, God opened my eyes to the beauty of His grace and the freedom found in Christ's finished work. Today I write, teach, and encourage others to rest in their identity in Him and enjoy the abundant life He came to give.
